  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygienic reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If you received a free shipping offer, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@jbitiq.com and we will guide you through the process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@jbitiq.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage for our records.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, or taxes incurred. We do not refund customs duties or shipping fees for international returns.
